The Company operating this site, as presented by its status and activity, has the sole purpose of reselling second-fit products. Some of these products are intended to be used for competition vehicles and their technical characteristics can significantly modify the properties of the vehicle. All buyers must be aware of the nature of the products purchased. The installation of the products ordered is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The company LV Performance pro SRL cannot be held responsible for the technical or criminal consequences resulting from the installation of the products sold on this site.
Article 1: Foreword
This website and all rights relating thereto are the exclusive property of LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, must always be authorized by its owner.
These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded by the company LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 1001.648.526 and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person making a purchase via its website. lv-performances.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
The buyer declares to be of legal age or to have parental authorization and to have the legal capacity to place an order on lv-performances.com
All the visuals presented on this website are not contractual, they are presented for information purposes only.

The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by these general conditions of sale, which are available on the site under the heading “Conditions”.
These conditions may be subject to modification; it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site.
Article 2: Commitment
All orders placed on the website www.lv-performances.com must be paid in advance, the sale will only be concluded upon receipt of payment by our services. No item may be reserved before confirmation of payment and no item may be shipped without prior payment.
Article 3: Price
The prices displayed on our site correspond to the current price of the products on the day of sale. They are subject to change without notice.
Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT (unless you log in from a customer account with a delivery address outside the EU or if you have an intra-community VAT number, in these last 2 cases you can directly consult our prices excluding VAT).
In the case of an order delivered to a country outside the European Union, the customer, being the importer of the products purchased, is solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any customs duties or other taxes that may be due in his country upon delivery of the order.
LV PERFORMANCE reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event of an obvious error in price, product or discount on the item(s) concerned by the sale. This cancellation will result in the refund of the order via its original payment method.
Article 4: Modification of products
The technical specifications and photos in our advertisements are given for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
The deletion or modification, by LV PERRMANCES PRO SRL suppliers, of items that have been the subject of a registered order, authorizes its cancellation, unless the buyer agrees to proceed with its modification.
Article 5: Losses
The items sold are entrusted to external service providers to ensure their delivery (such as DPD, DHL, UPS, etc.). LV PERFORMANCES PRO SRL cannot be held responsible for any dispute concerning the delivery of the goods.
Our goods are shipped from our warehouses in Belgium, with a specific tracking number traceable in real time via the carrier's website.
Any order indicated as delivered and not subject to any reservation made in writing at the time of delivery will be considered as delivered to its recipient in good condition.
We therefore strongly recommend that you check the apparent condition of the packages in the presence of the carrier to ensure that there is no damage. In the event of an anomaly (damaged packaging, missing, damaged or broken products), the buyer must:
- describe precisely on the delivery note the condition of the package justifying the complaint or its refusal
- have these reservations co-signed by the carrier
- provide us with detailed photos of visible damage and the shipping label showing the parcel tracking number and the recipient's contact details
- inform us by email within two calendar days following delivery of the package, after which time no complaints will be accepted by the carrier.
In all cases of complaint, the original packaging of the product must be kept and presented if necessary.
In the event of a suspected loss of a package, a claim will be opened with the carrier in order to carry out in-depth investigations.
These searches, independent of our reactivity, can take up to 15 days before the carrier issues a confirmation of loss.
Upon confirmation of the loss of the package, a new one will be automatically scheduled for shipment within the time frame initially indicated for this item.
The proven loss of a package will not under any circumstances give rise to a refund of the amount of the order.
Article 6: Delivery
Products in stock are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours depending on the fragility or weight of the product concerned. A complete quality control is carried out before each shipment. Transit times vary and cannot be guaranteed, but average delivery times in Europe are 2 to 4 days via our partner carriers DPD/UPS/DHL for standard and DHL AND UPS for express. The times mentioned are in "working" days (Monday to Friday) and do not take into account weekends, public holidays and non-working days.
LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL undertakes, in accordance with the regulations in force, to deliver the item within 4 months from the date of the order, subject to the successful completion of our supplier. LV PERFORMANCE will in all cases retain the freedom to choose the transport provider, in the interests of responsiveness and quality of service, so any name of carrier mentioned will only be an example and not contractual. Any request for cancellation of an order due to delay will be rejected if the deadline announced on our site in the "Availability" section, present in each product sheet, is not reached.
Any request for cancellation of a specific order (requiring the manufacture of the product) will not be possible under any circumstances.
Article 7: Returns
Our customers have a period of fourteen days from the date of delivery of the order to return their item to LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL for exchange or refund in its original condition without penalty except for the return costs which remain the responsibility of our customers. After this period, no item will be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No returns will be accepted for specific orders, for items not held in stock or specially ordered.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from our after-sales service after analysis of the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition with its packaging, we reserve the right to retain a minimum of 25% of the price of the said item for storage, packaging or repair costs. Returned products must be in perfect condition (appearance, operation, etc.) and complete in their original packaging. No returns will be accepted for damaged, incomplete or used products (except for warranty support for a product with a manufacturing defect).
All clearance products are neither returned nor exchanged.
Once the return of the product has been received and approved by our After-Sales Service, a refund corresponding to the amount of the product will be made to the original payment method used when ordering. This refund will appear on your bank account within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. LV PERFORMANCE would like to draw your attention to the fact that only products that have been previously approved by our After-Sales Service and meet all of our return conditions will be eligible for a refund. LV PERFORMANCE will not reimburse the shipping costs of returned items. Customs duties and other costs related to international shipping will be the responsibility of our customers.
Shipping costs for returns made due to an error in the customer's order or a change of mind will be borne by the customer and LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL will deduct 5% of the order amount from the refund made in addition to the deduction of the costs incurred for sending the package.
All products in sealed packaging can only be returned to us if the packaging seal is intact, otherwise no return can be made as the manufacturer is no longer able to provide a warranty for the product.
Article 8: Guarantee
LV Performance provides a guarantee against hidden defects under the legal conditions. The buyer has a period of eight days from the discovery of the hidden defect to notify his reservations by email.
For any warranty claim, this must be sent by email to the address Info@lv-performances.com accompanied by photos or videos showing the problem encountered (many products do not have an injector or fuel pump warranty, some products are intended for pure competition and do not benefit from any manufacturer warranty). Since the warranty is managed directly by the supplier, the shipping costs for sending and returning the product will be borne by the customer, the supplier only covering the cost of repairing or replacing the product covered by the warranty. If the supplier finds that the problem encountered is not covered by the terms of the warranty, the shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Under no circumstances may a warranty claim be made due to a problem encountered on a product following a faulty installation. In this case, the buyer must contact the professional who installed the product in question.
For any warranty claim requiring the product to be sent to our premises for inspection, LV PERFORMANCE will reimburse the buyer for shipping costs if the warranty claim is confirmed by the supplier; otherwise, all shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the supplier.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to ask LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL to reimburse the product concerned as part of a warranty claim.
LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL draws your attention to the fact that parts intended for adapting vehicles for use in competition may have characteristics that prohibit their use on roads open to public traffic, insofar as they modify the characteristics of the vehicles as described in the homologation report issued by the mining department: noise, pollution, maximum speed, tire size, etc. On the other hand, all these competition parts do not benefit from any specific contractual guarantee and may void the original manufacturer's warranty for the vehicle. For products whose description sheet expressly includes the words "reserved for competition" or "not approved for use on open roads", LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL cannot be held responsible for the consequences of use not in accordance with the use for which the product was initially intended.
Article 9: Payment
LV Performance provides a guarantee against hidden defects under the legal conditions. The buyer has a period of eight days from the discovery of the hidden defect to notify his reservations by email.
Our items are payable in advance when ordering. They can only be shipped once payment has been received by our services.
LV PERFORMANCE offers the following payment methods:

For security and confidentiality reasons, all data communicated during the payment procedure is encrypted and only entered on the page of our financial partner MOLLIE PAIEMENT.
In order to validate the payment of an order, the name of the cardholder, its 16-digit number, its expiry date and its cryptogram will not be requested by any organization other than our online payment provider MOLLIE PAIEMENT
The total amount is debited immediately, the rest of the process and the update of the order status will be instantaneous. A confirmation will then be sent to you by email in the form of a digital archive.

- If you have an account, by selecting this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal online platform in order to connect with your identifiers and thus have access to all the services offered by our partner.

- Once you have selected the payment by bank transfer on our site, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of our bank account to which the payment should be made. Please note that these details must be exclusively in the name of LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL and based in Belgium.
Payments by bank transfer must be made within 72 hours of order validation. If payment is not made within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that paying by bank transfer will result in additional processing time for shipping an order as it will only be shipped once payment is received in our bank account.
Please also note that no item is reserved until payment for the order has been confirmed on our bank account.
- Once you have selected the payment by bank transfer on our site, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of our bank account to which the payment should be made. Please note that these details must be exclusively in the name of LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL and based in Belgium.
Article 10: Retention of title clause
In application of article 2367 of the Civil Code, the company LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL remains the owner of the goods sold from the day of delivery until full payment of their sale price. Consequently, in the event of non-payment, it may demand the return of these goods at any time. The buyer will therefore only become contractually the owner of the goods on the day of their full payment.
Article 11: Protection of personal data
In application of the measures of the GDPR 2018, and in accordance with the principles of protection of personal data, LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL undertakes not to share or market in any way the personal data transmitted by our customers. In addition, no processing for commercial or advertising purposes will be carried out without prior consent given via an independent registration to our newsletters.
This registration may be terminated at any time, via the customer interface, from which the rectification and/or deletion of personal information is possible and reversible. The personal data that users may be required to provide are on a voluntary basis.
In the event that users do not provide this information, LV PERFORMANCE PRO SRL will not be able to process the corresponding files.
